MARÍA LUISA JIMÉNEZ MORA

María Luisa has joined the team of partner attorney Alberto Alcalde in the Corporate, Financial, Capital Markets, Real Estate Projects, and M&A areas.

She is a graduate of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, having received her law degree in 2024. Before joining Puga Ortiz, she worked from late 2023 at Jamarne & Cía., where she gained experience in corporate, contractual, and business reorganization matters.
