She was born in Santiago, Chile, in 1965.

 

She went to Grade School and High School at Santiago College (ECIS and IBO).

 

She earned her law degree at Diego Portales University.

 

Her degree thesis was entitled “Legal and comparative law analysis of the need to legislate the equal rights of children, whether or not conceived and/or born in a marriage.” Her thesis professor was Carlos Peña González (1990).

 

She was admitted to the Bar in 1994.

 

Post-graduate Education: A Certificate in Economics and Finance for Attorneys, School of Economics and Administration of the University of Chile (1995-1996).

 

Aid in the Civil Law Course to full professors Carlos Peña González and Gonzalo Figueroa Yañez (1995-2000).

 

Judicial Paralegal at the law firm of Miguel Depolo and Marcos Defeau (1987).

 

Judicial Paralegal and then Associate at Puga Ortiz y Compañía, where she has been advisor to partner Luis Gutiérrez Samohod from 1998 to the present.

 

A member of the Santiago College Alumni Association Board of Directors from 2003 to 2014.

She works in the Corporate Area handling civil, commercial and contractual matters for companies and legal entities. She also prepares title opinions and research on real estate developments.
