Santiago Montes holds a degree in law from the Universidad del Desarrollo in Santiago.

He currently practices in the financial field, as a lawyer and legal advisor on regulatory matters for credit card issuers.

He is legal advisor and secretary of the board of directors of Unicard S.A. and Unired S.A., both part of the SMU S.A. group.

A lawyer with experience in banks and financial institutions, such as Banco Santander, Itaú, and Corpbanca.

Experience in corporate, civil, and partition litigation.
He specializes in real estate law, leading projects outside Santiago, both in corporate and environmental matters.
