Nicolás Martínez Ulloa was born in Santiago in 1991. He earned his law degree from Adolfo Ibañez University and was admitted in 2018. From 2015 to 2016 he worked as a paralegal in the Legal Division of Itaú Corpbanca.

He joined Puga Ortiz in 2017 to work on the team of partner Daniel Barrientos. His practice involves corporate and property matters of the firm, specifically real estate developments, contracts and counsel in bank mortgages and real estate affairs.
