Criminal Law

Experience
He is the lead partner in the criminal area and a specialist in economic criminal lawsuits and criminal litigation in general. He joined Puga Ortiz in 1976.

Education
He studied at Colegio de Los Sagrados Corazones on Alameda Avenue in Santiago. His higher education was at the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, and he was admitted in 1976. He also completed a post-graduate degree at ILades (Latin American Institute of Social Studies) (1974-1976).

Academia
He worked as criminal practice head for the Legal Aid Service of the Chilean Bar Association and for the Metropolitan Legal Aid Association (1976-1997).

Activities and Memberships
He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association, the International Association of Penal Law and the International Bar Association.
