YAIR RIQUELME

Yair Riquelme Belmar was born in the city of Santiago, Chile, in 1983.

He earned his law degree from Diego Portales University and was admitted in 2007.

He has received a Diploma in New Technology and Intellectual Property and in Law, Technology and Telecommunications at the University of Chile and is a candidate for a Master of Law in New Technologies.

He joined PUGA ORTIZ in 2011 to work with partner Cristián Mir.

He is specialized in intellectual and industrial property and is an active participant in litigation and matters relating to trademarks, invention patents, copyrights, unfair competition, domain names and related matters.

He is a member of the Chilean Intellectual Property Association (ACHIPI).
