Mr. Espinoza has dedicated his professional practice to advising companies in the private sector, especially in the areas of individual and collective labor law, commercial law, tax law, companies, corporate litigation as well as in-depth legal advice in the Franchise business

 

 

Experience
He is currently permanent counsel to the following business groups, among other companies:

 

The Gastronomics and Businesses Group owned by Carlyle Corporation (G&N Brands, Doggis, Juan Maestro, Mamut, Tommy Beans); The AASA Valledor Group (Agrícola e Industrial lo Valledor, AASA Pork, Comafri and others); The Bailac San Group, engaged in mining services (with operations in Chile, Mexico and South Africa); Usimeca Chile; Videlo y Asociados; AVSA Propiedades; Yogen Fruz Chile (Yogen Fuz, Pizza Piola, Prezzel among others); Constructor Schulz; Transportes Conti; Uno Saludo Dental.

 

He was an associate at Bascuñan Amunátegui (1997-1998); Corporate Lawyer for the Gasco Business Group (1998-2003); a partner in Saldivia y Cía. (2003-2008); a founding and senior partner in Legal Santiago (2009-2018); and a partner in Puga Ortiz since 2019. He has been senior counsel to GYN Brands since 2008.

 

 

Education
He graduated in law from the University of Chile summa cum laude in 1997 and was admitted that year. He holds a diploma in international dispute resolution from the University of Chile (2000); a Master of Business Law (LL.M.) from Adolfo Ibañez University (2004); a Master in Legal Science (LL.M.) from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (2009); a Ph.D.(c) at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (2009); and a Diploma in Financial Accounting from the Pontifical Catholic University (2016).

 

 

Academia
He was a professor at Adolfo Ibañez University (2003-2009) and at the Catholic University (2009-2010).

He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
