CATALINA ZEGERS

María Catalina Zegers García-Huidobro was born in Santiago, Chile, in 1984. She earned her law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and was admitted in 2009.

He experience and practice are linked to corporate and real estate matters, with an emphasis on urbanism and construction; real estate project development and financing; and commercial, corporate and company affairs in general.

She has participated in acquisitions, sales and mergers and is permanent counsel to real estate and construction companies, investment funds, banks and financial institutions.

She is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.

She arrived at Puga Ortiz in 2009 to become a member of the team of partner Alberto Alcalde.
